Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Replace missing libjpeg62-turbo-dev by libjpeg-turbo8-dev
* Replace missing libjpeg62-turbo-dev by libjpeg-turbo8-dev
* Replace missing libjpeg62-turbo-dev by libjpeg-turbo8-dev
* Replace missing libjpeg62-turbo-dev by libjpeg-turbo8-dev
* Replace missing libjpeg62-turbo-dev by libjpeg-turbo8-dev
* Replace missing libjpeg62-turbo-dev by libjpeg-turbo8-dev
The Debian package changed the build dependency to libjpeg-dev. Note
that this is a different change than the current Ubuntu patch, but from
my understanding the "generic" libjpeg-dev package is provided by the
versioned 62 package in Debian and the versioned 8 package in Ubuntu. So
I believe this replacement should work both places. :)
