Public bug reported:

We have some VMs running Ubuntu 22.04. Every time we upgrade to linux-
image-5.15, it hangs when we transfer a large file (~500 MB).

It doesn't generate any logs. It just hangs and I'm forced to preset
the enforced shutdown to be able to boot again.

Right now I had to deny all upgrades to 5.15:

$ cat /etc/apt/preferences.d/block-fault-kernel
