Actually, I'll leave this as "Confirmed" until someone else can try with a WPA3-only network (haven't got the time to test that here right now as there's more pressing bits I need to fix -- but if someone wants to test this, try with a freshly flashed questing daily: don't try upgrading from an existing install or the upgrade will just break things).
