This was discussed in today's MIR meeting. Given that qrcode is only a
QR code generator, not a parser, this bears a very low security risk. In
the interest of time, we've decided to not do a security review.
I'm unsubscribing ubuntu-security. I'm also moving the status to
"Incomplete" until a team-subscriber is assigned to the package.
