I tried updating a machine from 20.04 to 22.04 with apache2 and tomcat9
and it worked fine with the default configuration.
Would you be able to share the files listed in the error message, and
the ones you mentioned, to this bug so we can take a better look on what
could be happening?
If there is confidential information in the configuration or you are not
comfortable with sending it, would you have steps to reproduce this bug
from a fresh 20.04 installation?
