Thank you for the suggestion. I can confirm that the test was
successful.

After rebooting and running the command to write '0' to d3cold_allowed,
the Wi-Fi now works perfectly after resuming from suspend.

It seems my platform needs this quirk as well. Please let me know if you
need any further testing.
