Public bug reported:

i was looking at some random webpage and then the screen turned black and said
something like
"
Ubuntu 25.04 HP Laptop 15-gw0xxx tty1
HP Laptop 15-gw0xxx login:
"
("HP Laptop 15-gw0xxx" is the name of my computer)
i rebooted and it went back to normal
after that, every time I open google chrome (the app I was using when that
happened) "add keyboard shortcuts" or something opens.

use the attached file "logs" for the system logs.
