I've installed Ubuntu 24.0.3 on this computer and was able to reproduce
the issue. The default wayland session works fine, but logging in with
"Ubuntu on X.org" leads to the graphical session freezing with no
interaction possible.

The output of `inxi -Gx` from a tty while the X session is frozen was:

Graphics:

I will attach apport information collected during the frozen session.
