@nathan : that link goes directly to the "recomended" steps, which
includes writing `/etc/apt/preferences.d/mozilla` which my understanding
would mean apt would never replace `firefox` package from Ubuntu over
the top of Mozilla's.

Am I wrong in that assumption ?

If I'm right, I've expressed my intent to use Mozilla's version. So the
upgrade shouldn't go against that and install a `firefox` package that
transitions to the Snap'd version.

Right ?
