The Nvidia 575 driver is obsolete ( bug 2120171 ). You should have been
upgraded to 580 automatically, but you may have to do it manually. If
the dkms command says "not located", it is okay. Keep going.
sudo apt purge *575*
sudo dkms remove nvidia/575.57.08 --all
sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade
sudo apt install nvidia-driver-580-open nvidia-dkms-580-open
