It's not totally clear this is the same as mutter#3647 because that one
is missing debug symbols. Although that one is using Nvidia-555 and
meta_wayland_egl_stream_new() here suggests an older Nvidia driver is in
use.
Are you using Nvidia and if so, what driver version?
