[ Impact ]
* The new Thor platform require an additional kernel command line
parameter to properly function. The nvidia-tegra-defaults is already
responsible for some specific kernel cmdline setup, adding these here
will enable this new hardware.
* Noble will not be supported on Orin platforms initially, blocking do-
release-upgrade will prevent people from bricking their systems
* While implementing these fixes, we realized a chmod was pushed
previously in postinst that shouldn't be there.
[ Test Plan ]
* Bug #1: booting a Thor platform without this patch is not possible if
there is not another workaround implemented
* Bug #2: launching do-release-upgrade on a Jammy Orin system offers an
upgrade to Noble while this will end up breaking most advanced features
[ Where problems could occur ]
* Thor platforms could still not work if these kernel parameters are
not enough.
* Orin platforms could still upgrade from Jammy to Noble while this
path is not usable yet.
