Public bug reported:

Please either build libomp5 & libomp-dev on riscv64 like Debian does (as
of llvm-defaults 0.63) or remove them since they are not built from
source.

$ rmadison libomp5
 libomp5 | 1:18.0-59~exp2   | noble/universe    | amd64, arm64, armhf, i386,
ppc64el, riscv64
 libomp5 | 1:19.0-63        | plucky/universe   | riscv64
 libomp5 | 1:19.0-63        | questing/universe | riscv64
 libomp5 | 1:20.0-63ubuntu1 | plucky/universe   | amd64, arm64, armhf, ppc64el
 libomp5 | 1:20.0-63ubuntu1 | questing/universe | amd64, arm64, armhf, ppc64el

Note that there are reverse dependencies:

$ reverse-depends -b libomp-dev
Reverse-Testsuite-Triggers
==========================
* eztrace
* intel-mkl

Reverse-Build-Depends
=====================
* eztrace
* eztrace-contrib
* rocalution
* satdump
* starpu
* starpu-contrib
* tomopy

I didn't dig further to see if those reverse dependencies have other
reverse dependencies.

Other Info
==========
