Public bug reported:

Important: This problem appeared after upgrading my Ubuntu installation
to 25.10 (Questing Quokka).

Description:
Playing YouTube video via Google Chrome (current stable version 141.0.7390.76)
inhibits suspend even after playback has stopped. Cinnamon `Inhibit` applet
shows that `/usr/bin/google-chrome-stable` is inhibiting power management. If I
hover the mouse cursor over `/usr/bin/google-chrome-stable` in the Inhibit
apple then the inhibit reasons are `Video Wake Lock` and `Playing audio`. This
stuck inhibition can only be removed by closing Google Chrome.

Workaround:
The problem can be temporarily worked around by downgrading the
`cinnamon-session` and `cinnamon-session-common` packages to their respective
Ubuntu 25.04 versions (6.4.0-1) and restarting Cinnamon (logout/re-login).

Potential patches (unverified):
The `cinnamon-session` GitHub repository has two inhibit related patches that
are missing in Ubuntu 25.10's `cinnamon-session` (6.4.1-1):
1)
https://github.com/linuxmint/cinnamon-session/commit/8042c7f4756773b32e30f902d2cb05c865b9f6d7
2)
