  I was curious and build tested some packages with LTO. So I emptyed 
lto-disabled-list list, and rebuilt some packages I known in my test PPA:

  Note:
  1) I rebuild the same source package already in resolute after emptying

+ 4) note to myself: LTO is never enabled on armhf, i386 and riscv64
