We can trace this down to:
to_version = distro_info.UbuntuDistroInfo().version(to_dist)
title_string = title_string.replace("%s", to_version)
seemingly UbuntuDistroInfo().version(to_dist) is returning None.
distro-info needs to be taught about resolute.

This I wouldn't know.
If you can reproduce, please get a stack trace in gdb with:
G_DEBUG=fatal-criticals gdb --args ...
