Public bug reported:

When performing an upgrade where sudo-rs replaces sudo, the
`/etc/sudoers` should be checked with `visudo -c` for configuration
incompatibilities.

If the sudoers file does not parse correctly, the user should be warned
and informed on how to proceed.
