Hello, thanks for submitting this bug report. I have 2 questions. 1) Do you know the last kernel version that was working for you? 2) Can you try 6.14.0-36 kernel from the proposed pocket and let us know if this fixes the issue? The installation instructions are;
sudo apt-add-repository --ppa canonical-kernel-team/ubuntu/proposed sudo apt update sudo apt upgrade Later you can disable proposed installation by; sudo apt-add-repository --remove --ppa canonical-kernel-team/ubuntu/proposed I have found the following fix for mt7921 driver which made it to 6.14.0-36 kernel this can potentially address your issue: commit cb6a76fe2706a04ade9d03d66b017f2cede81756 Author: Deren Wu <[email protected]> Date: Sun May 25 14:11:22 2025 +0800 wifi: mt76: mt7921: prevent decap offload config before STA initialization BugLink: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2123745 commit 7035a082348acf1d43ffb9ff735899f8e3863f8f upstream. The decap offload configuration should only be applied after the STA has been successfully initialized. Attempting to configure it earlier can lead to corruption of the MAC configuration in the chip's hardware state. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2127246 Title: Wi-Fi stops working intermittently unless driver is reloaded To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-hwe-6.14/+bug/2127246/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
