** Description changed:

  [ Impact ]

The Ubuntu Desktop documentation browsable in the Help application, was
never updated for questing and GNOME 49.

The `ubuntu-docs` package is still on version 25.04 in Ubuntu 25.10, and
the related `gnome-user-docs` package is still on 48.2 while the rest of
  GNOME is on 49.

We also use these packages to update the content of the help.ubuntu.com
  documentation website.

There haven't been too many changes to this documentation set but it
would be nice to keep up with upstream, until we remove this
  documentation sometime after Ubuntu 26.04.

The impact is just on documentation files. The `gnome-user-docs` package
comes with language packages that simply take translations from GNOME
upstream. The `ubuntu-docs` package bundles its own translations but
there haven't been any changes since 25.04 to translate.

  [ Test Plan for ubuntu-docs ]

  1. Open Help
  2. Browse to "Install & remove software" > "Add software repositories"
  3. Verify that the page says "questing" instead of "plucky" in:
- deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ questing main
+    "deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ questing main"

  [ Test Plan for gnome-user-docs ]

  1. Open Help
  2. Browse to "User & system settings" > "Display & screen" > "Change the
appearance of your desktop"
  3. Verify that the page says "Default" instead of "Light" in
- Click to choose Default or Dark.
+    "Click to choose Default or Dark."

[ Where problems could occur ]

The packages only provide formatted documentation text.
Problems would manifest with the Help application being unable to browse the
docs.
