-------Notable Packaging Changes-------
- The very large Enzyme benchmarks have been excluded from the orig tarball,
significantly reducing its size.
- `d/rules update-version` and `d/update-version.sh` have been overhauled to
now update certain control files, doing away with the need to have .in
duplicates of each.
- `d/prune-unused-deps` has been overhauled, now using `cargo-vendor-filterer`
to automate vendored dependency pruning entirely. The existing vendored
dependency patch has been replaced with an autogenerated patch that creates
stubs of pruned dependencies.
- The versioned cargo wrapper script now points to versioned cargo rather than
the one installed by rust-defaults.
