I wanted to send a quick note to say thank you!
Your prompt advice about the NVIDIA driver conflict was *100% accurate*.
The issue was indeed the *470 driver failing on the 6.14 kernel*.
Following your lead, I was able to:
-
Remove the conflicting *6.14 HWE kernel* packages.
-
Successfully configure the *NVIDIA 470 driver* against the stable *6.8
kernel*.
My ThinkStation P510 is now working perfectly with the Quadro K420 and full
GPU acceleration. I can now securely access it remotely.
