Hi,
Debian 13 has IBT enabled kernels:
$ grep CONFIG_X86_KERNEL_IBT /boot/config-*
/boot/config-6.12.43+deb13-amd64:CONFIG_X86_KERNEL_IBT=y
/boot/config-6.12.48+deb13-amd64:CONFIG_X86_KERNEL_IBT=y
I have one such system with an NVidia GPU and NVidia drivers run fine:
# nvidia-smi
