Public bug reported:
This appears to be the same as Bug #65671, which is closed. I believe
this is a bug because the problem exists even for the user that
installed the theme in $HOME/.themes. I would like to request that the
old bug be reopened or leave this open so that a developer can take a
look at the issue. I'll attach a screen shot.
