The rasdaemon service fails to start immediately after boot on Ubuntu
25.10. The service enters a failed (Result: core-dump) state with an
ABRT signal, likely indicating a critical software bug or an
incompatibility with the hardware/kernel configuration. The service
repeatedly attempts to restart and fails.

Additional Notes:
The issue persists after a full system upgrade (sudo apt full-
upgrade).
journalctl does not show any direct error messages from rasdaemon
itself, suggesting the failure occurs very early in the execution.
The issue is not caused by AppArmor; no apparmor="DENIED" messages
related to rasdaemon were found in the logs.
