A new release of libcap2 is available for merging from Debian Unstable.
If it turns out this needs a sync rather than a merge, please change the
tagging from ['dcr-merge'] to ['dcr-sync'], and (optionally) update the
title as desired.

libcap2 (1:2.75-10) unstable; urgency=medium
* d/rules: Fix typo in override_dh_auto_clean
Makes package buildable twice-in-row again
* d/rules: Remove RPATH from installed copy of test binary
This sidesteps the problem of the original copy being held open by some
lingering test process. (Closes: #1109906)

The previous upload did not fix this because of a whitespace issue that
I introduced. Its changelog entry has been modified to reflect this.

* Merge with Debian unstable (LP: #2111776). Remaining changes:
- Strip -Wl,-Bsymbolic-functions from LDFLAGS (LP: #2003892)
* Dropped Changes:
- d/t/upstream-root: Skip "uns_test" to fix autopkgtests on armhf.
It's failing on armhf due to the version of the kernel we use in our
infrastructure for for this architecture. Once we upgrade our hosts,
this patch can be dropped. See LP: #2003892.
