Public bug reported:
I checked with `apt source retroarch`, change `qtbase5-dev -> qt6-base-
dev` in `debian/control` and `qt5 -> qt6` in `debian/rules` and all
works fine
It is only one package that require QT5 on my system now - after
rebuilding mentioned above, all QT5 dependencies is removed with `apt
autoremove`
