Public bug reported:
When integrate expect into a snap for arm64, when running the snap, there is an
error that tcl is running in wrong platform. The reason is during creating the
snap, tcl for amd64 is downloaded instead of tcl for arm64.
Error message: tclsh8.6: exec format error
