Public bug reported:

Updated Linux Kernel via Linux Mint Update Manager. Had no video output
after POST. Had this same problem with Kernel 5.15.0-160 (did not file
bug report since it already existed
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2128729 ). Rolled
back to 5.15.0-157 to be able to use the computer and write this report.

Since I do not have Apport, I will provide the info from Linux Mint's
System Information tool.
