Public bug reported:

I have upgraded Ubuntu from 25.04 to 25.10
Gramps is upgraded from version 5.2 to 6.0.1 and some features are not imported
in the new configuration !

Until 5.2 version, the database and the configuration files were stored in a
~/.gramps folder.
With 6.0, they are in ~/.local/share/gramps for the database and plugin, and in
~/.config for all .ini files, filters, place_format.xml BUT all the previous
files are not imported.

I found not imported :
* place_format.xml
* custom_filters.xml
* report_options.xml
* other .xml files

And addons-projects path was not updated to 60

With my configuration, Gramps froze ! Only because in gramps.ini, place_format
was set to 2 and this 2nd place format didn't exist anymore (place_format.xml
not imported)
(I rename gramps.ini to get a new gramps.ini and recover Gramps and understand
the problem).

So the upgrade process has to be fixed.
Thanks.
