The commit 12fdf37d79c8ee95b211e1aa54c38345429a39e1 was under Ubuntu-
oem-6.17-6.17.0-1005.5, which disabled INTEL_SKL_INT3472 temporarily in
commit b01a3d3c8596f ("UBUNTU: [Config] FTBFS: disable
INTEL_SKL_INT3472").
The function was restored in Ubuntu-oem-6.17-6.17.0-1006.6 fixed in bug 2128792:

* 9e36390da8a01 Revert "UBUNTU: [Config] FTBFS: disable INTEL_SKL_INT3472"
