I think there is already an opened pull request with the patch on Github
(https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/pull/50226) but they don't want to
merge because they say the change should be upstreamed to simde (the
faulty library). However upstream simde does not have the issue, so the
thing they should do if they don't want to patch their current version
of simde is update to the latest simde; maybe we can try to push for
that.

I also think that this bug is specific to compiling on the rva23 risc-v
profile, which debian does not use, so it does not make much sense to
forward to debian. The patch we have is kind of messy, and the right
move should be upstream upgrading simde imho.
