Hi there,
a whole bunch of amd64v3 packages at this point are just amd64 packages
copied over. The amd64v3 you see here is the architecture of the
packages file, it does not mean that the package is actually built for
it. amd64v3 is a standalone variant, which means that all packages are
in the amd64v3 Packages file whether built for it or copied. We plan to
rebuild all the packages this cycle.
There is currently a bug in the server side that allows uploads to
migrate even if amd64v3 failed to build. This is being worked on.
