App affected: Blender 4.5.4 as well as other versions such as Blender 4.5.0
What Happens: File -> Export dialog freeze with 0% CPU, stuck on ppoll() syscall
Workaround: GTK_USE_PORTAL=0 doesn't help, xdg-desktop-portal spins with 100%
CPU when manually started
