I updated TB from the debug channel, and ran as you suggested. The symptom I see is when setting up a new email account, I enter my name, email address and password and let TB try to guess the correct settings. It did so, but when I submit to add the account, I get the dialog to 'Add Security Exception' (screenshot attached).
The certificate presented by the mail server does actually correspond to the one received by TB, so not sure why it says it does not.
