Hello, I got the same error shown in message #1 during the installation.

For context, the installation was setup to enable FDE with TPM.
A previous test install was completed successfully without encryption.

The main issue (and why I am making this comment) is that the reporting failed
with the error:
"
sudo ubuntu-bug ubuntu-desktop-bootstrap
dpkg-query: no packages found matching ubuntu-desktop-bootstrap
"

and a windows showing:

"
This problem cannot be reported:

ubuntu-desktop-bootstrap is provided by a snap published by canonical.
No contact address has been provided: visit the forum at
https://forum.snapcraft.io/ for help.
"

The issue I perceive is that unique field data and reports are missed
because the command cannot complete successfully and upload errors logs
and other data for further investigation.

Please add a "contact address" to the snap "ubuntu-desktop-bootstrap" so
that the command "sudo ubuntu-bug" can work successfully.

Regards,
TS
