I am testing a Kubuntu 25.10 VM in VirtualBox on a Ubuntu 24.04 host.
The VM is using Wayland, the virtualbox-guest-utils from Ubuntu's
repository are installed. The screen size of the guest does not adjust
to the VirtualBox window size.

Trying with a Kubuntu 24.04 (LTS version) guest, the screen size is adjusted as
expected. However, the 24.04 guest runs X11, not Wayland. So, the issue with
25.10 is likely a problem with Wayland and/or the VirtualBox Guest Utils
provided by Kubuntu 25.10.
