I've had a little more time to investigate, and play around with nfs
mount options.

It looks like the problem only occurs when using a local cachefilesd and
the fsc mount option.

Remove fsc from the mount options and the lock ups go away.

NB: I've only been testing this with k 6.14.0-35

Would be interesting to see if anyone else experiencing this issue has
any luck by removing fsc ?

In which case the scope of the regression from k 6.14.0-29 is reduced.
