Right, which means that the only way for *this* SRU to proceed for Jammy
is to either:

(a) Re-upload this patch along with a revert of the problematic patch in the 
other bug, or
(b) Re-upload this patch along with a *fix* 

In any case, the upload currently in unapproved cannot proceed, so I am
rejecting it.

Note: Given the lack of activity on bug 1992848 since being marked
verification-failed, I think it would completely reasonable to go with
option (a). That bug can always continue afterwards.
