Today a new kernel (6.14.0-35~24.0) showed up. I downloaded it and installed
it. I tried to run an audio file with Rhythmbox music player.Again the audio
file loads in rhythmbox but won't play. I checked the sound settings, Only 2
options are available ( ineternal speakers and internal HDMI ). With the
internal HDMI the audio files won't run. If I change the option to internal
speakers the audio files run perfectly.
The problem still appears to be related to the HDMI option for output
device. So I am back to running
kernel 6.2 hoping a solution to the audio problem is coming soon.
