This is not a bug with the kernel or Ubuntu. You are using a third party kernel
module (8188eu) that is not updated to work with a 6.14 kernel. You should run
its uninstall program, or remove it manually:
sudo dkms remove 8188eu/5.3.9 --all
The 6.14 kernel should support RTL8188EU without using external modules.
If it doesn't, you need to find a different module or update the one
you're using.
