Alongside the transition to MySQL 8.4 I cleaned up all skips by removing
them then adding them back as I went to determine which were still
reasonable to ignore. At this point most failures are architecture-
specific and now handled as such in the autopkgtest. Since we are still
updating to new versions through security releases I think it would be
reasonable to do this for all stable releases including mysql-8.0 too. I
will assign myself to do that as part of a future SRU.
