Some of the rules (especially /sys/devices/**) proposed in comment #4
are quite broad.
According to the log, you'll need

permissions already granted?
/etc/paperspecs r,
/run/pcscd/pcscd.comm rw,
owner /run/user/@{uid}/gvfsd/socket-???????? rw,
/sys/devices/pci*/**/{uevent,vendor,device} r,
/var/lib/aspell/en-common.rws r, # part of abstractions/aspell, maybe use
that abstraction?
