Public bug reported:
if i try to resize an open window application e.g. firefox, emacs-pgtk,
with Alt-F8 then doing resize with arrow keys it works, but when you
click enter the size restore to previous values. This just happens only
with Alt-F8; Alt-F7 moving windows works OK!!
