Hello Timo and others interested,
In short xmutil required more packages to be in the archive which is still in progress. But I think even without xmutil, xlnx-platformstats is useful and being used in kria-dashboard application which we ship with our optimized images. And we are steering away from private oem-archive for the project it would be perfect to fetch this (xlnx-platformstats) from ubuntu archive directly. In addition to kria-dashboard use case, since this package provides a python library that allows people to get insights of the board it is being used in some demo/test applications by the partner. They are currently consuming this from a ppa. So this package is useful without xmutil. I would like you to reconsider SRU process for this packages, with these new informations. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2071695 Title: [SRU] Make xlnx-platformstats available in noble To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xlnx-platformstats/+bug/2071695/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
