Public bug reported:

Hardware:
Ubuntu 25.10, Fresh install (no upgrade) / Linux 6.17.0-6-generic
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. ROG Zephyrus G16
Dell Docking WD19TB

When I boot the PC and the Docking + external Screen is attached, then
the login screen is not shown. When no docking is attached, all works as
expected. After the login I can attach the docking station and
everything works as expected

To investigate, I changed `GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="text"` and when
starting with the docking attached, the OS hangs here and rotates these
3 messages for ever

(1 of 3) Job gpu-manager.service/start running
(2 of 3) Job nvidia-persistance.service./start running
(3 of 3) Job snap.docker.nvidia-contianer-toolkit.service/start running

Let me know if there is anything else I can provide

Thanks

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
