Public bug reported:

I have 2 external HDDs connected to the computer via USB, one is
formatted to NTFS, the other to EXT4, and both are 3TB in size. In
previous versions of Ubuntu, after powering up either one of the drives
and its icon shows up in the Dock, I could click it and the drive would
open in Nautilus, as expected. In Ubuntu 25.10 the icon shows the
correct animation after being clicked, but nothing happens. The drives
can be opened normally in Nautilus.

This shows up in the logs after clicking the drive icon on the Dock:

gnome-shell: Mount and launch mountable-
volume:b8cd0a93-cd02-4686-8712-d23198ec0925: Error: Action %s is not
supported by %s

         Status: New
