Julian made me aware that the underlying issue of it missing in the
first place is likely a failed publishing - suggesting to re-copy it
made it work.
Now I see them all in the right state
apt update; apt policy libvirt-* | grep '^\s*8.0' | sort | uniq -c
...
18 8.0.0-1ubuntu7 500
18 8.0.0-1ubuntu7.10 500
18 8.0.0-1ubuntu7.14 500
