Interesting, this is likely just NM flailing on libvirt creating a bridge
For debugging this further extending on the discourse discussion ...
We'd want to track:
- nmcli dev status
- ip route
Between each state of normal state => installed libvirt
Once reproduced, just create a bridge like libvirt would and see if it
behaves the same.
