Thanks for reporting this bug and helping make Ubuntu better!
I can't see how the output you pasted relates to the Pro Client. I would
say there is something wrong with the Ubuntu signing key for the
security repository, which we don't manage.
Could you please describe what exactly is your issue with the patching?
Which `pro` commands are you using, and what is the output you see?
