That was configured manually by me. I wanted to try a packet that only existed 
there. But I already undid anything that was installed from there and I also 
configured apt preferences to ignore that (Pin-Priority: 100). It's a leftover 
apt config that has no effect on installed packages.
I will try to install the poppler update again and see if the same thing 
happens again.
